Review: I love this movie. The first time I saw it, I was slightly disturbed because I didn't find it to be as much a comedy as a family drama--with superheroes. The second time I tried to lighten up a little, and I just enjoyed it. I especially enjoyed the beautiful voice of Jason Lee and a minor Mallrats shoutout early on in the film. Lately, and by lately I mean for the past year, I've found super heroes to be really interesting as possible comedic characters. I've been wanting to write something using them. Sadly, The Incredibles really beat me to the punch. I was this close to my own smash hit super hero concept, but now I'll have to hold off.

Anyway, if you haven't seen it... go.
